To advance to the championship game, Homan won 6-4 over Greg Balsdon (Montreal, QC) in the semifinals of the 2019 Challenge Nord-Ouest Air Creebec in Val-d, Quebec; and won 6-5 over Jasmin Gibeau (Thurso, QC) in the quarterfinals. of the 2019 Challenge Nord-Ouest Air Creebec in Val-d, Quebec;
Homan finished 4-0 in the 25-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Homan defeated Bruno Crepeault (Val d'Or, QC) 4-3, then won 6-4 against Jean-Christophe Pichon (Val d'Or, QC) and 9-7 against Bernard Larouche (Val d'Or, QC). Homan won 7-2 against Maxime Mailloux (Rouyn-Noranda, QC) in their final qualifying round match.
For winning the Challenge Nord-Ouest Air Creebec Championship title, Homan earned 14.299 world rankings points along with the $3,100CDN first prize cheque.
