8-6 to Ugurcan Karagoz (Eruzurum, TUR), droppimg another game, 9-5 to Ilya Shalamitski (Minsk, BLR). Rykov lost 6-5 to France's Eddy Mercier. Rykov lost 5-4 to Martins Truksans (Riga, LAT) where Rykov responded with a 8-2 win over Sebastian Wunderer (Kitzbuehel, AUT). Rykov went on to lose 6-4 against Alex Pokras (Metulla, ISR). Rykov lost 8-3 to Borys Jasiecki (Sopot, POL) in their final qualifying round match.
