Verreault lost 6-5 to St-Georges where Verreault responded with a 7-4 win over Julie Tippin (Montreal, QC). Verreault won 11-7 against Quebec's Caroline Hains, then won 11-8 against Girard and 9-3 against Lisa Davies (Montreal, QC) in their final qualifying round match.
