To advance to the championship game, Lepine/Adams won 7-6 over Lisa Parent/Tyler Powell (Okotoks, AB) in the semifinals of the 2020 Alberta U21 Mixed Doubles Provincials in Leduc, Alberta, Canada; and won 8-5 over Hailey Dupras/Steven Leong (Ellerslie, AB) in the quarterfinals.
 
Lepine/Adams finished 4-1 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Lepine/Adams defeated Macey McPherson/Sam Goodey (Lacombe, AB) 10-4, then won 9-5 against Kelsie Cygan/Ethan Chung (Warburg, AB). Lepine/Adams went on to lose 9-8 against Brennin Turner/Nicolas Oake (St. Albert, AB). Lepine/Adams responded with a 8-3 win over Dana Algot/Gryffen Algot (Sherwood Park, AB). Lepine/Adams won 10-2 against Miller/Helston in their final qualifying round match.
 
Lepine/Adams ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
