CHAMPION: McLaughlin/Horgan Wins 2021 CAMERON's Brewing Mixed Doubles Cashspiel

Keira McLaughlin/Tanner Horgan (Sudbury, ON) won 7-5 over Kira Brunton/Brett Lyon-Hatcher (Ottawa, ON) in the Final of the CAMERON's Brewing Mixed Doubles Cashspiel, held August 20 - 22, 2021 at the Oakville Curling Club in Oakville, Canada. To advance to the championship game, McLaughlin/Horgan won 6-5 over Emilie Desjardins/Robert Desjardins (Saguenay, QC) in the semifinals of the 2021 CAMERON's Brewing Mixed Doubles Cashspiel in Oakville, Ontario, Canada; and won 8-2 over Kaelyn Gregory/Joey Rettinger (Tara, ON) in the quarterfinals.

McLaughlin/Horgan finished 4-0 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, McLaughlin/Horgan defeated Desjardins/Desjardins 7-6, then won 10-2 against Kelly Tremblay/Pierre Lanoue (Beloeil, MTL) and 6-5 against Lauren Cheal/Greg Cheal (Montreal, QC). McLaughlin/Horgan won 6-3 against Leslie Inglis/Riley Fung-Ernst (Oakville, ON) in their final qualifying round match.
