Advancing directly to the semifinals, Hoesli won 6-1 over Bjorn Jungen (Bern, SUI) to advance to the championship game. of the 2021 Tallinn Mens International Challenger in Tallinn, Estonia;
 
Hoesli finished 5-0 in the 18-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Hoesli defeated Daniel Magnusson (Karlstad, SWE) 8-3, then won 10-5 against Martins Truksans (Riga, LAT) and 8-7 against James Craik (Stirling, SCO). Hoesli won 8-4 against Benny Kapp (Fuessen, GER), then won 6-3 against Eduard Veltsman (Tallinn, EST) in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the Tallinn Mens International Challenger Championship title, Hoesli earned 19.602 world rankings points along with the $1,779CDN first prize cheque, moving up 43 spots the World Ranking Standings into 61st place overall with 37.241 total points. Hoesli ranks 20th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 19.602 points earned so far this season.
