To advance to the championship game, Ferris won 7-2 over Connor Lawes (Collingwood, ON) in the semifinals of the 2021 Stu Sells Port Elgin Superspiel in Port Elgin, Ontario, Canada; and won 5-3 over Sam Mooibroek (Kitchener, ON) in the quarterfinals. of the 2021 Stu Sells Port Elgin Superspiel in Port Elgin, Ontario, Canada;
 
Ferris finished 3-0 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Ferris defeated Brent Ross (Harriston, ON) 10-5, then won 8-1 against Brandon Tippin (Owen Sound, ON) and 6-3 against Lawes in their final qualifying round match.
