In their opening game, Hafeli defeated Kaelen Coles-Lyster (Gold River, BC) 6-3, then won 10-3 against Leticia Cid (Sao Paolo, BRA) and 7-5 against Kayla Wilson (Victoria, BC). Hafeli went on to lose 7-5 against Kaila Buchy (Kimberley, BC) in their final qualifying round match.
