Bryan Cochrane (Russell, ON) lost 4-3 to Wade White (Lac La Biche, AB) in the Final of the Everest Canadian Senior Men's Curling Championship, held December 6 - 12, 2021 in Sault Ste Marie, Ontario. To advance to the championship game, Cochrane won 8-4 over Francois Roberge (Levis, QC) in the semifinals of the 2022 Everest Canadian Senior Men's Curling Championship in Sault Ste Marie, Ontario;
 
Cochrane finished 9-1 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Cochrane defeated Tom Buchy (Kimberley, BC) 6-5, then won 6-4 against Mike Desilets (Thunder Bay, NONT) and 9-1 against Terry Miller (Whitehorse, YK). Cochrane won 7-2 against Peter Mackey (Iqaluit, NU), then won 6-5 against Phil Gorveatt (Montague, PEI). Cochrane went on to lose 10-3 against White. Cochrane responded with a 6-3 win over Darrell McKee (Saskatoon, SK). Cochrane won 6-1 against Roberge, then won 7-4 against Keith Ryan (Carol, NL) and 8-2 against Terry Odishaw (Moncton, NB) in their final qualifying round match.
 
Cochrane ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
