Nora Wuest (Wetzikon, SUI) won 9-1 over Irene Schori (Langenthal, SUI) in the Final of the St. Galler Elite Challenge, held January 21 - 23, 2022 in St. Gallen, Switzerland. Advancing directly to the semifinals, Wuest won 8-7 over Raphaela Keiser (St. Moritz, SUI) to advance to the championship game. of the 2022 St. Galler Elite Challenge in St. Gallen, Switzerland; of the 2022 St. Galler Elite Challenge in St. Gallen, Switzerland;

Wuest finished 4-0 in the 10-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Wuest defeated Schori 9-6, then won 7-1 against Annina Loritz (Baden, SUI) and 8-5 against Sara Messenzehl (Fuessen, GER). Wuest won 7-5 against Corrie Huerlimann (Zug, SUI) in their final qualifying round match.

For winning the St. Galler Elite Challenge Championship title, Wuest earned 21.395 world rankings points along with the $2,761CDN first prize cheque, moving up 47 spots the World Ranking Standings into 76th place overall with 36.818 total points. Wuest ranks 77th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 28.778 points earned so far this season.
