Fujisawa responded with a 8-4 win over Momoha Tabata (Sapporo, JPN). Fujisawa won 7-1 against Diane Gushulak (Vernon, BC) in their final qualifying round match.

Fujisawa earned 10.500 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the Prestige Hotels & Resorts Curling Classic, remaining in 4th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with a net gain of 2 after improving upon their best so far this season.
