Gushulak/Prade responded with a 9-5 win over Amanda Chou/Brendon Liu (Taiwan, TPE). Gushulak/Prade won 10-8 against Cotter/Cotter to advance to a B-Qualifier game where they lost 10-0 against Sasha Wilson/Alex Horvath (Victoria, BC) to drop into a C-Qualifier game where they responded with a 8-4 win over Chou/Liu to advance to the playoff round. in their final qualifying round match.
