Daniela Rupp/Kevin Wunderlin (Zug, SUI) finished 4-2 in the 18-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Rupp/Wunderlin lost 9-7 to Martine Roenning/Mathias Braenden (Lillehammer, NOR), then responded with a 5-2 win over Lisenka Bomas/Alexander Magan (Zoetermeer, NED). Rupp/Wunderlin won 9-5 against Dilsat Yildiz/Bilal Omer Cakir (Erzurum, TUR), then won 10-6 against Anna Gromova/Erkki Lill (Tallinn, EST) and 10-0 against Kaidi Elmik/Mihhail Vlassov (Tallinn, EST). Rupp/Wunderlin went on to lose 7-1 against Roenning/Braenden in their final qualifying round match.

Rupp/Wunderlin earned 12.000 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the WCT Tallinn Masters Mixed Doubles. For week 29 of the event schedule, Rupp/Wunderlin did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Rupp/Wunderlin ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
