In their opening game, Strong lost 9-7 to Stacie Curtis (St. John's, NL), then responded with a 8-3 win over Sarah Hill (St. John's, NL). Strong won 8-6 against Curtis, then won 9-2 against Hill in their final qualifying round match.

With their runner-up finish at the Newfoundland & Labrador Scotties, Strong take home 2.750 world rankings points. For week 26 of the event schedule, Strong did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Strong ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
