Scalesse finished 3-1 in the 20-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Scalesse defeated Jure Culic (Belgrade, SRB) 10-2, then went on to lose 7-6 against 's Nkeiruka Ezekh. Scalesse responded with a 10-2 win over Peter Gaedeke (Cologne, GER). Scalesse won 11-4 against Filip Stojanovic (Belgrade, SRB) in their final qualifying round match.

Scalesse earned 4.500 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the WCT Serbian Curling Jubilee Bonspiel.
