Advancing directly to the semifinals, Arsenault won 9-3 over Peter Prevost (Buckingham, ON) to advance to the championship game. of the 2023 Finale du Circuit in Tracy, Quebec, Canada;

Arsenault finished 4-0 in the 10-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Arsenault defeated Mathieu Beaufort (Aurele-Racine, QC) 11-2, then won 7-3 against Raphael Patry (Kenogami, QC) and 8-3 against Pier-Olivier Blain (Aurele-Racine, QC). Arsenault won 7-3 against Mathieu Paquet (Quebec, QC) in their final qualifying round match.

With their runner-up finish at the Finale du Circuit, Arsenault take home 2.750 world rankings points along with the $1,700CDN prize, moving up 5 spots the World Ranking Standings into 72nd place overall with 46.719 total points.
