Bryden responded with a 7-2 win over Alex Duncan-Wu (New Westminster, BC). Bryden went on to lose 8-7 against Jordon McDonald (Winnipeg, MB). Bryden responded with a 8-3 win over Zach Davies (Edmonton, AB) in their final qualifying round match.
 
Bryden earned 7.500 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the SGI Canada Best of the West. Bryden move up 12 spots after posting a net gain of 6.75 points improving upon their best 8 results so far this season, ranking 78th overall with 33.688 total points on the World Ranking Standings.
