Gray-Withers finished 4-1 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Gray-Withers defeated Hailey McFarlane (Winnipeg, MB) 8-5, then won 8-1 against Stasia Wisniewski-Starkell (Regina, SK) and 7-3 against Lane Prokopowich (Winnipeg, MB). Gray-Withers went on to lose 5-4 against Reese-Hansen. Gray-Withers responded with a 6-5 win over Keelie Duncan (Calgary, AB) in their final qualifying round match.
For winning the SGI Canada Best of the West Championship title, Gray-Withers earned 15.000 world rankings points along with the $10,000CDN first prize cheque. Gray-Withers move up 9 spots after posting a net gain of 12.375 points improving upon their best 8 results so far this season, ranking 44th overall with 69.688 total points on the World Ranking Standings.
