To advance to the championship game, Cihlarova/Macek won 8-6 over Julie Zelingrova/Vitek Chabicovsky (Prague, CZE) in the semifinals of the 2025 Mixed Doubles Prague Trophy in Prague, Czechia; and won 8-4 over Sofie Krupickova/Ondrej Blaha (Prague, CZE) in the quarterfinals. of the 2025 Mixed Doubles Prague Trophy in Prague, Czechia;
Cihlarova/Macek finished 3-2 in the 12-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Cihlarova/Macek defeated Burcu Hasil/Muhammed Taha Zenit (Erzurum, TUR) 6-5, then went on to lose 9-3 against Schoell/Sutor. Cihlarova/Macek lost 8-5 to Zelingrova/Chabicovsky where Cihlarova/Macek responded with a 9-6 win over Linda Joo/Raul Karasz (Budapest, HUN).
