To advance to the championship game, McNamara won 7-6 over James Craik (Forfar, SCO) in the semifinals of the Grand Slam Tour Challenge U25 in Beaumont, Alberta, Canada; and won 9-3 over Jacob Libbus (Edmonton, AB) in the quarterfinals. of the Grand Slam Tour Challenge U25 in Beaumont, Alberta, Canada;

McNamara finished 2-1 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, McNamara defeated Dylan Derksen (Martensville, SK) 8-4, then won 5-3 against Zach Davies (Edmonton, AB). McNamara went on to lose 5-4 against Caden Hebert (Eau Claire, WI) in their final qualifying round match.

With their runner-up finish at the Grand Slam Tour Challenge U25, McNamara take home 13.200 world rankings points along with the $3,000CDN prize, moving up 32 spots the World Ranking Standings into 94th place overall with 25.590 total points. McNamara ranks 63rd overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 18.125 points earned so far this season.
