After blanking first 2 ends, Sinclair stole 3 in the third end to take an early lead, added another steal in the fourth end. Roth scored a single in the fifth end to trail 4-1, with Sinclair scoring a single in the sixth end for the 5-1 win. In the semifinals, Sinclair defeated Susan Froud (Barrie, Ontario) 5-3 and Roth defeated Allison Pottinger (Saint Paul, MN) 6-5.
