I believe that one of the key aspects of improving the hotel experience is to increase attention to detail. Often, problems related to service arise due to insufficient attention of staff to the needs of guests and lead to hotel complaints. For example, delays in check-in or lack of information about available services can greatly spoil the impression. It is important that hotels pay more attention to staff training, especially in the field of customer service and communications. For me personally, when I feel that my opinion is important to a hotel, I tend to come back again and recommend it to others.
