Please email Matt (majfirm@rogers.com) with preference of draws (1st-3rd choice) or indicate with payment. Draws are 5pm Thursday, 8:45am Friday, 11:30am Friday, 2:45pm Friday. Cheque must be post dated no later than November 1st, 2008. Entry fees non refundable after November 1st, 2008. All pre-registered entries will be held without payment only until September 15, 2008. After that date any pre-registered entries without payment will be forfeited.
