Odegard went on to lose 8-3 against Cheryl Bernard (Calgary, AB). Odegard responded with a 6-2 win over Paula Knight (Edmonton, AB) in their final qualifying round match.
 
Odegard earned 8.100 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the September Shoot-Out.
