Russell responded with a 6-3 win over Ginger Coyle (Dundas, ON). Russell won 8-3 against Kelly Cochrane (Toronto, ON) in their final qualifying round match.

With their runner-up finish at the KW Fall Classic, Russell take home 5.530 world rankings points along with the $2,300CDN prize, moving up 28 spots the World Ranking Standings into 73rd place overall with 9.823 total points.
