6-4 to Manuel Ruch (Uitikon, SUI), then responded with a 4-3 win over Austria's Andreas Unterberger. Hardie won 5-2 against Switzerland's Stefan Haesler. Hardie went on to lose 8-6 against Tom Brewster (Aberdeen, SCO). Hardie lost 8-3 to Thomas Dufour (Chamonix, FRA) in their final qualifying round match.
 
. For week 8 of the event schedule, Hardie did not improve upon their best events, dropping from 58th to 63rd place overall on the World Ranking Standings with 18.956 total points. Hardie ranks 41st overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 9.975 points earned so far this season.
