Scott finished 4-1 in the 32-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Scott lost 7-5 to Jill Thurston (Winnipeg, MB), then responded with a 6-4 win over Kelly Shimizu (Richmond, BC). Scott won 6-3 against Diane Gushulak (New Westminster, BC), then won 4-0 against Aileen Sormunen (Blaine, USA) and 5-2 against Satsuki Fujisawa (Nagano, JPN) in their final qualifying round match.
 
Scott earned 8.050 world rankings points for their Top 3 finish in the Prestige Hotels & Resorts Curling Classic, moving up 10 spots the World Ranking Standings into 26th place overall with 29.020 total points. Scott ranks 24th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 8.050 points earned so far this season.
