Patti Lank (Lewiston, NY) run at the 2014 Curl Mesabi Classic came to an end in the semifinals with a 8-2 loss to Tracy Fleury (Sudbury , NONT).

Lank finished 4-1 in the 15-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Lank lost 7-5 to Brett Barber (Biggar, SK), then responded with a 8-5 win over Debbie McCormick (Rio, WI). Lank won 8-2 against Cristin Clark (Blaine, MN), then won 4-3 against Aileen Sormunen (Blaine, USA) and 1-0 against Liane Fossum (Thunder Bay, NONT) in their final qualifying round match.

Lank earned 2.150 world rankings points for their Top 3 finish in the Curl Mesabi Classic, moving up 14 spots the World Ranking Standings into 92nd place overall with 8.769 total points. Lank ranks 69th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 6.650 points earned so far this season.
