Chelsea Carey (Calgary, AB) lost 5-4 to Stefanie Lawton (Saskatoon, SK) in the Final of the Prestige Hotels & Resorts Curling Classic, held October 1 - 4, 2015 at the Vernon Curling Club in Vernon, Canada. To advance to the championship game, Carey won 5-3 over Kelsey Rocque (Edmonton, AB) in the semifinals of the 2015 Prestige Hotels & Resorts Curling Classic in Vernon, British Columbia, Canada; and won 4-2 over Michelle Englot (Regina, SK) in the quarterfinals. of the 2015 Prestige Hotels & Resorts Curling Classic in Vernon, British Columbia, Canada;
 
Carey finished 4-1 in the 28-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Carey defeated Un-Chi Gim (gyeonggido, KOR) 7-3, then won 6-3 against Sarah Wark (Victoria, BC) and 5-4 against Michele Jaeggi (Bern, SUI). Carey won 8-2 against Amy Gibson (Vancouver, BC). Carey went on to lose 4-3 against Lawton in their final qualifying round match.
 
With their runner-up finish at the Prestige Hotels & Resorts Curling Classic, Carey take home 38.749 world rankings points along with the $6,400CDN prize, remaining in 15th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with 190.642 total points. Carey ranks 10th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 72.656 points earned so far this season.
