Tatlock finished 3-1 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Tatlock defeated Monica Moriarty (Halifax, NS) 7-2, then won 5-4 against Breen. Tatlock went on to lose 8-2 against Coralie Duchemin (Sydney, NS). Tatlock responded with a 6-3 win over Emily Dwyer (Halifax, NS) in their final qualifying round match.
