To advance to the championship game, Bohn won 7-6 over Dennis Bohn (Winnipeg, MB) in the semifinals of the 2016 Mother Club Fall Curling Classic in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada; and won 7-4 over Jason Gunnlaugson (Winnipeg, MB) in the quarterfinals. of the 2016 Mother Club Fall Curling Classic in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada;
 
Bohn finished 4-1 in the 24-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Bohn defeated Tian Yu Zhang (Harbin, CHN) 7-3, then won 7-2 against Eren Oleson (Winnipeg, MB) and 6-5 against Braden Calvert (Winnipeg, MB). Bohn won 7-6 against Trevor Loreth (Winnipeg, MB). Bohn went on to lose 7-2 against Bohn in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the Mother Club Fall Curling Classic Championship title, Bohn earned 24.938 world rankings points along with the $3,000CDN first prize cheque, moving up 12 spots the World Ranking Standings into 38th place overall with 101.881 total points. Bohn ranks 30th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 24.938 points earned so far this season.
