Retchless went on to lose 7-3 against Richard Krell (Waterloo, ON). Retchless responded with a 7-6 win over Shane in their final qualifying round match.
 
Retchless earned 8.358 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the KW Fall Classic, moving up 79 spots the World Ranking Standings into 152nd place overall with 16.040 total points. Retchless ranks 65th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 8.358 points earned so far this season.
