Kelsey Rocque (Edmonton, AB) run at the 2016 Prestige Hotels & Resorts Curling Classic came to an end in the semifinals with a 7-3 loss to Cheryl Bernard (Calgary, AB). of the 2016 Prestige Hotels & Resorts Curling Classic in Vernon, British Columbia, Canada; Rocque advanced through the quarterfinals with a 8-7 win over Corryn Brown (Kamloops - New Westminster - Nanaimo, BC).
 
Rocque finished 5-0 in the 28-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Rocque defeated Bernard 11-3, then won 4-3 against Min Ji Kim (gyeongido, KOR) and 8-4 against Satsuki Fujisawa (Kitami, JPN). Rocque won 5-3 against Darcy Robertson (Winnipeg, MB), then won 7-4 against Kayte Gyles (Surrey, BC) in their final qualifying round match.
 
Rocque earned 32.091 world rankings points for their Top 3 finish in the Prestige Hotels & Resorts Curling Classic, remaining in 7th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with 349.789 total points. Rocque ranks 7th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 62.659 points earned so far this season.
