Hannah Fleming (Lockerbie, SCO) qualified for the 2018 Glynhill Ladies International playoffs, dropping their quarterfinals match 5-4 against Eve Muirhead (Perth , SCO).

Fleming finished 3-1 in the 18-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Fleming defeated Madeleine Dupont (Hvidovre, DEN) 9-5, then went on to lose 7-6 against Elena Stern (Wetzikon, SUI). Fleming responded with a 5-4 win over Rebecca Morrison (Edinburgh, SCO). Fleming won 8-3 against Anna Sidorova (Moscow, RUS) in their final qualifying round match.

Fleming earned 15.406 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the Glynhill Ladies International, remaining in 28th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with a net gain of 14.224 after improving upon their best so far this season. Fleming ranks 29th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 106.385 points earned so far this season.
