Corey Chambers (Winnipeg, MB) won 7-2 over Ty Dilello (Winnipeg, MB) in the Final of the Atkins Curling Supplies Classic, held October 12 - 15, 2018 at the Assiniboine Memorial Curling Club in Winnipeg, Canada. To advance to the championship game, Chambers won 6-5 over David Bohn (Winnipeg, MB) in the semifinals of the 2018 Atkins Curling Supplies Classic in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada; and won 7-3 over JT Ryan (Winnipeg, MB) in the quarterfinals. of the 2018 Atkins Curling Supplies Classic in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada;

Chambers finished 3-2 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Chambers lost 7-5 to Dilello, droppimg another game, 6-1 to Steen Sigurdson (Winnipeg, MB) where Chambers responded with a 7-4 win over Daniel Birchard (Winnipeg, MB). Chambers won 7-5 against Riley Smith (Winnipeg, MB), then won 8-7 against Rob Atkins (Winnipeg, MB) in their final qualifying round match.

For winning the Atkins Curling Supplies Classic Championship title, Chambers earned 23.552 world rankings points along with the $2,500CDN first prize cheque, moving up 43 spots the World Ranking Standings into 73rd place overall with 53.176 total points. Chambers ranks 36th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 34.245 points earned so far this season.
