Horgan finished 3-1 in the 15-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Horgan defeated Dennis Bohn (Winnipeg, MB) 8-6, then won 7-4 against Andrew Stopera (Chaska, USA) and 6-5 against Glen Muirhead (Perth, SCO). Horgan went on to lose 5-3 against Charley Thomas (Toronto, ON) in their final qualifying round match.
 
Horgan earned 18.600 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the GSOC Tour Challenge Tier 2. For week 13 of the event schedule, Horgan did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Horgan ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
