To advance to the championship game, Hegner won 5-4 over Isabella Wrana (Stockholm, SWE) in the semifinals of the 2019 Glynhill Ladies International in Glasgow, Scotland; and won 7-6 over Tori Koana (Fujiyoshida, JPN) in the quarterfinals. of the 2019 Glynhill Ladies International in Glasgow, Scotland;
 
Hegner finished 3-0 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Hegner defeated Binia Feltscher (Switzerland, SUI) 5-4, then won 8-3 against Lisa Davie (Stirling, SCO) and 5-4 against Rebecca Morrison (Stirling, SCO) in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the Glynhill Ladies International Championship title, Hegner earned 36.002 world rankings points along with the $6,980CDN first prize cheque.
