Joanisse responded with a 7-5 win over Daniel Wenzek (Langley, BC). Joanisse won 8-7 against Tyler Tardi (Langley, BC). Joanisse went on to lose 10-5 against Jason Montgomery (Victoria, BC). Joanisse lost 10-7 to Wenzek in their final qualifying round match.
