Ilya Shalamitski (Minsk, BLR) qualified for the 2019 Tallinn Mens International Challenger playoffs, dropping their quarterfinals match 5-3 against Marc Muskatewitz (Fuessen, GER). of the 2019 Tallinn Mens International Challenger in Tallinn, Estonia;
