To advance to the championship game, Klimpke won 6-1 over Jordon McDonald (Winnipeg, MB) in the semifinals of the 2019 MJCT Tour Championships in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada;
 
Klimpke finished 2-2 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Klimpke lost 6-2 to Brett Walter (Winnipeg, MB), then responded with a 8-0 win over Manitoba's Brooks Freeman. Klimpke went on to lose 6-1 against Jordon Johnson (Winnipeg, MB). Klimpke responded with a 6-5 win over Matt Bijil (Winnipeg, MB) in their final qualifying round match.
