Becker won 15-1 against Nassar Alyafei (Doha, QAT). Becker went on to lose 8-2 against Kim. Becker responded with a 8-7 win over Randie Shen (Taipei City, TPE). Becker went on to lose 8-7 against Yuta Matsumura (Kitami, JPN). Becker responded with a 18-3 win over Tijani Cole (Lagos, NGR). Becker won 14-4 against Jason Chang (Hong Kong, HKG), then won 11-4 against Abylay Zhuzbay (Almaty, KAZ) in their final qualifying round match.
 
With their fourth place finish at the Pacific-Asia Curling Championships, Becker take home 11.782 world rankings points, moving up 96 spots the World Ranking Standings into 163rd place overall with 19.579 total points. Becker ranks 145th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 11.782 points earned so far this season.
