Daniels went on to lose 8-5 against Karla Thompson (Kamloops, BC). Daniels lost 7-6 to Diane Gushulak (Vancouver , BC) where Daniels responded with a 10-5 win over Kim Slattery (Vernon, BC). Daniels went on to lose 10-9 against Sarah Wark (Abbotsford, BC). Daniels responded with a 9-1 win over Dailene Pewarchuk (Victoria, BC) in their final qualifying round match.
 
Daniels earned 7.013 world rankings points for their Top 3 finish in the BC Scotties. Daniels move up 5 spots after posting a net gain of 4.138 points improving upon their best 8 results so far this season, ranking 79th overall with 45.277 total points on the World Ranking Standings.
