To advance to the championship game, Edin won 8-3 over Lukas Hostmaelingen (Lillehammer, NOR) in the semifinals   of the 2021 Swiss Cup Basel in Basel, Switzerland; and won 7-1 over Marco Hoesli (Glarus, SUI) in the quarterfinals.  of the 2021 Swiss Cup Basel in Basel, Switzerland; 
 
Edin finished 3-0 in the 24-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Edin defeated Magnus Ramsfjell (Trondheim, NOR) 7-1, then won 7-1 against Kim Schwaller (Bern, SUI) and 5-4 against Ross Whyte (Stirling, SCO) in their final qualifying round match.
