Rupp/Wunderlin went on to lose 7-6 against Johanna Heldin/Daniel Magnusson (Uppsala, SWE). Rupp/Wunderlin responded with a 8-4 win over Laura Engler/Tom Winkelhausen (St. Gallen, SUI). Rupp/Wunderlin won 10-3 against Marie Turmann/Harri Lill (Tallinn, EST). Rupp/Wunderlin went on to lose 11-4 against Hannah Augustin/Martin Reichel (Kitzbuehel, AUT) in their final qualifying round match.
