Hollie Duncan (Woodstock, ON) lost 13-7 to Kerry Galusha (Yellowknife, NT) in the Final of the KW Fall Classic, held September 16 - 19, 2021 at the K-W Granite Club in Waterloo, Canada. To advance to the championship game, Duncan won 8-7 over Katelyn Wasylkiw (Whitby, ON) in the semifinals of the 2021 KW Fall Classic in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada; and won 9-1 over Chelsea Brandwood (St. Catharines, ON) in the quarterfinals.
 
Duncan finished 4-0 in the 20-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Duncan defeated Wasylkiw 10-2, then won 6-4 against Emma Wallingford (Ottawa , ON) and 10-0 against Aubrey Kropf (Kitchener, ON). Duncan won 7-1 against Cathy Auld (Thornhill, ON) in their final qualifying round match.
 
With their runner-up finish at the KW Fall Classic, Duncan take home 23.304 world rankings points along with the $2,425CDN prize, moving up 4 spots the World Ranking Standings into 15th place overall with 114.609 total points. Duncan ranks 4th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 55.673 points earned so far this season.
