Vlada Rumiantseva (Moscow, RUS) won 9-3 over Amy MacDonald (Stirling, SCO) in the Final of the WCT Latvia International Challenger, held October 21 - 24, 2021 in Tukums, Latvia. To advance to the championship game, Rumiantseva won 9-1 over Anna Kubeskova (Prague, CZE) in the semifinals of the 2021 WCT Latvia International Challenger in Tukums, Latvia; and won 8-2 over Liisa Turmann (Tallinn, EST) in the quarterfinals.
 
Rumiantseva finished 4-0 in the 17-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Rumiantseva defeated Evita Regza (Riga, LAT) 10-4, then won 10-1 against Asta Vaicekonyte (Vilnius, LTU) and 7-1 against Sarah Mueller (Biel, SUI). Rumiantseva won 6-3 against Turmann in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the WCT Latvia International Challenger Championship title, Rumiantseva earned 19.103 world rankings points along with the $1,993CDN first prize cheque, moving up 34 spots the World Ranking Standings into 66th place overall with 35.810 total points. Rumiantseva ranks 33rd overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 31.303 points earned so far this season.
