To advance to the championship game, Foster/Foster won 6-3 over Mandy Gebhardt/Andrew Fairfull (Guelph, ON) in the semifinals of the 2021 Ilderton Mixed Doubles Spiel in Ilderton, Ontario, Canada;

Foster/Foster finished 2-1 in the 8-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Foster/Foster lost 10-7 to Liscumb/Liscumb, then responded with a 6-5 win over Katie Cottrill/Shawn Cottrill (Wingham, ON). Foster/Foster won 7-2 against Hanna Davis/Steve Davis (Mississauga, ON) in their final qualifying round match.

With their runner-up finish at the Ilderton Mixed Doubles Spiel, Foster/Foster take home 17.546 world rankings points along with the $500CDN prize, remaining in 778th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with 44.164 total points.
