Barone/Veidemanis Reaches 2022 WCT Argovia Mixed Doubles Cup Quarters

Daina Barone/Arnis Veidemanis (Riga, LAT) qualified for the 2022 WCT Argovia Mixed Doubles Cup playoffs, dropping their quarterfinals match 10-2 against Jenny Perret/Martin Rios (Glarus, SUI). of the 2022 WCT Argovia Mixed Doubles Cup in Baden, Switzerland;

Barone/Veidemanis finished 2-2 in the 15-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Barone/Veidemanis lost 10-7 to Zuzana Paulova/Tomas Paul (Prague, CZE), then responded with a 6-5 win over Isabelle Zollinger/Stefan Fah (Baden, SUI). Barone/Veidemanis went on to lose 10-4 against Perret/Rios. Barone/Veidemanis responded with a 12-2 win over Ann Nilsson/Bengt Nilsson (Gothenburg, SWE) in their final qualifying round match.

Barone/Veidemanis earned 16.500 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the WCT Argovia Mixed Doubles Cup.
