Andrin Schnider (Schaffhausen, SUI) qualified for the 2023 St. Galler Elite Challenge playoffs, dropping their quarterfinals match 7-5 against Benny Kapp (Fuessen/Oberstdorf , GER). of the 2023 St. Galler Elite Challenge in St. Gallen, Switzerland;

Schnider finished 2-2 in the 15-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Schnider defeated Sergio Vez (San Sebastian, ESP) 10-0, then went on to lose 8-1 against Michael Brunner (Bern, SUI). Schnider lost 7-3 to ByeongJin Jeong (Seoul, KOR) where Schnider responded with a 7-3 win over Konrad Stych (Warsaw, POL) in their final qualifying round match.
