Cameron Bryce (Stirling, SCO) won 5-3 over Michael Brunner (Bern, SUI) in the Final of the St. Galler Elite Challenge, held January 20 - 23, 2023 in St. Gallen, Switzerland. To advance to the championship game, Bryce won 8-7 over Wouter Gosgens (Zoetermeer, NED) in the semifinals of the 2023 St. Galler Elite Challenge in St. Gallen, Switzerland; and won 7-6 over ByeongJin Jeong (Seoul, KOR) in the quarterfinals. of the 2023 St. Galler Elite Challenge in St. Gallen, Switzerland;
 
Bryce finished 3-1 in the 15-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Bryce defeated Kyle Waddell (Glasgow, SCO) 8-2, then won 7-4 against Manuel Jermann (Arlesheim, SUI). Bryce went on to lose 6-5 against Benny Kapp (Fuessen/Oberstdorf , GER). Bryce responded with a 8-2 win over Marco Hoesli (Glarus, SUI) in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the St. Galler Elite Challenge Championship title, Bryce earned 26.250 world rankings points along with the $5,856CDN first prize cheque. For week 25 of the event schedule, Bryce did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Bryce ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
